When will I receive my study materials?Wine Educator- Study materials will be dispatched from the day you receive your course booking confirmation email. NB: Level 1 students will receive their study materials on the day of their course.
Can I get help with a student VISA?Wine EducatorNo, the Wine Educator does not issue VISAs for students.
Can I apply for a bursary?Wine Educator- The Wine Educator work on bursary scheme to offer for some of our advanced students and we will stated soon on our web site.
When will I receive my results?Wine Educator
- Level 1, Level 2 and Unit 2 (Diploma) — Results will take up to 4 weeks from the date you sat your exam
- Level 3 — Results will take up to 10 weeks from the date you sat your exam
All classes are delivered in English, therefore a good level of English is essential.Wine EducatorLevel 1 Award in Wines and Spirits No prior course is required.Level 2 Award in Wines You must hold the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines or successfully complete the WSET Level 1 in Wines Award Online Entry Test.
How do I know my course booking is confirmed?Wine Educator - A confirmation email will be sent from Student Services within three working days of receiving the booking. This will be sent to the email provided at the time of booking. Please refrain from booking any travel tickets or accommodation until you receive the confirmation email.
Will I get an invoice?Wine Educator- Yes, invoices are sent out with your receipt once the booking has been processed by our Student Services Team.
